TWU Local 577 & Allegiant Air Management Have Reached a Tentative Agreement

Your TWU Negotiating Team is proud to announce that after five years of negotiations, we have reached an Agreement in Principle with Allegiant Air Management on our historic, first Contract. At the end of this week’s three-day session, we resolved all remaining open issues, and we have reached Tentative Agreements on all articles of our future contract.
This six-year Agreement includes a twelve-year pay scale, hourly increases upon ratification and each year, a per diem increase, a grievance process, and improved sick leave and vacation for our Allegiant Air Flight Attendants.
For our next step, the Negotiating Team will meet with Allegiant Air Management on August 22 through August 23 to review the final language on all Tentative Agreements in preparation for a ratification vote by our Membership. Once we have completed this process, we will present highlights of the Agreement, Contract educational materials, and a full-text proposal for your review. We will then schedule Contract Education Meetings in person and via conference call so we can review the Agreement with you and answer all of your questions. Until then, we ask that our Members refrain from speculation about the Agreement.
You have been steadfast and patient, and we thank you for your unity and support throughout this process. We have fought some tough battles together, and we are finally seeing the fruits of our labor. We look forward to presenting the Agreement to you for your consideration, and we offer our sincere thanks to Allegiant Air Management for working so hard with our NT to reach this Tentative Agreement.
